Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nomadjax.net or visit us in-store.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@nomadjax.net if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.
Your satisfaction is always our priority.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g. grooming or beauty products)

  • Hats, vintage items, furniture, knives, and lighters

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@nomadjax.net or stop by the shop.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll help process your exchange as quickly as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@nomadjax.net.
