The Range Buffalo hat is a classic symbol of the west and is pressed into full grain Horween leather. Heat Stamped Leather Patch Using a combination of heat and pressure we brand each full-grain leather patch.
This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs.
Patches Applied in WY We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
